The Coffee Dock – a reimagined social space at the heart of Wexford Enterprise Centre

Wexford Enterprise Centre is delighted to announce the opening of The Coffee Dock.

Reimagined in May 2025 to better serve the needs of our growing tenant community, the Coffee Dock has replaced the former Centre Point Café as the new social hub of Wexford Enterprise Centre.

Designed with flexibility and comfort in mind, the Coffee Dock offers tenants a welcoming space to take a break, enjoy a coffee, meet with clients, or catch up with fellow tenants. It’s a place where casual conversations can spark collaboration and community.

Tenants can enjoy:

  • Barista-style self-serve Nespresso coffee

  • A selection of fresh sandwiches, wraps, and snacks from the vending machine

  • Comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere

  • TV with live news and sports to stay connected during downtime

Whether you’re bringing your own lunch or grabbing something on-site, the Coffee Dock provides a dedicated space to unwind and connect — at the heart of the Centre.
