Wexford Enterprise Centre is a modern, purpose-built facility, comprising of over 50 individual enterprise units. Each day in excess of 32 businesses employing over 150 people operate from the Centre.

We are strategically situated 110 minutes from Dublin Airport, 140 minutes from Cork Airport, 10 minutes from Rosslare Europort and only 3 kms from Wexford Town.  The Centre offers immediate access to commuter bus routes and the central road network. We provide free car parking to both tenants and visitors.

We understand that even though your business may be small, it should not mean you have to compromise on business standards or operate from anything less than a professional business environment. The Centre incorporates a number of contemporary communal spaces to facilitate meet and greets throughout. We offer a serviced reception area to welcome your clients and provide administration support when needed.

CONFERENCE &
TRAINING FACILITIES

Wexford Enterprise Centre has two state-of-the-art facilities for conferences, meetings and training sessions.  The rooms are available for hire by the hour, half day or full day.

The Williams Innovation Room is a purpose built room designed specifically to promote the development of creative strategy.  Here innovative minds join together to conceptualize ideas.  This facility seats up to 6 people.

The McConnell Conference Room is ideal for meetings, training sessions and conferences with seating available for up to 11 people.

WORK SPACE OPTIONS

We offer affordable, modern, multipurpose work spaces to suit most needs with flexible tenancy, as we understand what you need today may not be what you need tomorrow.

Our Centre hosts an incubation hub ‘The Cube’ for start-up businesses, providing a professional purpose built environment for budding entrepreneurs. It is also ideal for small to medium sized companies who wish to expand their workforce by relocating to a modern and vibrant business facility.

Each licencee/tenant is required to give only 4 weeks notice of departure at any time, thus completely eliminating the need for committing long term to a business location. This gives total freedom in relation to where to house your business as your needs change.

THE COFFEE DOCK RECREATIONAL SPACE

The Coffee Dock is the social hub of Wexford Enterprise Centre, designed with flexibility and comfort of tenants and their clients in mind.

The Coffee Dock offers tenants a welcoming space to take a break, enjoy a coffee, meet with clients, or catch up with fellow tenants. It’s a place where casual conversations can spark collaboration and communit

Tenants can enjoy:

  • Barista-style self-serve Nespresso coffee

  • A selection of fresh sandwiches, wraps, and snacks from the vending machine

  • Comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere

  • TV with live news and sports to stay connected during downtime

BUSINESS COMMUNITY

When you join Wexford Enterprise Centre you become part of a unique business community. We encourage tenants to get to know one another and learn from each others experiences. This camaraderie fosters community spirit, a valued benefit for those working alone.

Additionally we host regular Breakfast Club events where tenants network, get to know about each others business and support one another in a relaxed and informal environment. The Breakfast Club is an exclusive networking event for tenants to meet with over 30 neighbouring businesses and facilitates referral opportunities.

Guest entrepreneurs are invited to share their key learnings and invaluable industry knowledge.

BROADBAND & INFRASTRUCTURE

The Enterprise Centre is serviced with multiple high speed fibre lines from a number of different broadband suppliers, ensuring constant and uninterrupted supply. We currently host a 500mb and three 150mb fibre lines within the building.
