Exercise is a well- known stress buster.  In keeping with our holistic approach to the well-being of our tenants and their staff we added a fully fitted outside Exercise Zone.

The Exercise Zone is wheelchair accessible with wheelchair accessible exercise equipment. Tenants can take a break, exercise and have some down time to help manage the stresses of the working day.
